STEP 1 – REGISTER ONLINE AND SEND DOCUMENT SCANS VIA THE SYSTEM

List of documents required at this stage:

  • photo (official)
  • passport
  • high school diploma and attachment to high school diploma with subjects and grades
  • bachelor diploma and transcript of studies (for Masters studies)
  • certificate of language proficiency  (if available)

STEP 2 – WAIT FOR THE ANSWER

Check your e-mail box and inbox in your online application regularly.

STEP 3 – WE WILL SEND YOU THE CONTRACT FOR STUDIES AND THE REGULATION ON FEES

Print the contract for studies in 2 copies, fill in the contract and sign it on each page. Before signing the contract please read and sign on each page the regulation on fees.

STEP 4 – YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR THE ADMINISTRATION FEE AND TUITION FEE

Pay the administration fee and tuition fee. Upload scans of the proof of payment and the signed contract to the system.

STEP 5 – YOU WILL RECEIVE DOCUMENTS FOR THE CONSULATE

General Acceptance Letter and the Invitation will be sent via e-mail in the form of scans, originals – via post to the correspondence address given in the system. Apply for a visa.

STEP 6 – COME TO THE UNIVERSITY AND SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Documents should be submitted before the beginning of the academic year in the Recruitment Office (room 1/3), and two days after arrival in Wrocław.
